The rapporteur group of the monitoring committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Michael Jensen and Kastriot Islami, are to visit Georgia on 12-16 of July, reports the Armenian news site NEWS.am. NEWS.am. During their visit they will have a meeting with the Minister of Internal Affairs Vano Merabishvili and his deputy Eka Zguladze, as well as the Minister of Justice Zurab Adeishvili and his deputy Tina Burdzhaliani. The rapporteurs will meet with the mayor of Tbilisi Gigi Ugulava, Minister of regional development and infrastructure Ramaz Nikolaishvili, representatives of the non-parliamentary opposition, the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia David Bakradze and representatives of the parliamentary majority and minority.The rapporteurs of PACE will meet with representatives of non-governmental organizations and also visit the Azerbaijani village of Karadzhala and the Ossetian village of Kitaani.
