The United Russia Party got 46.26% of votes (7 seats of parliament), Patriots of Russia got 26.75% (2), Communist Party 10.48% (1), A Fair Russia 5.1%. Other parties failed to get over 3% of votes. An independent candidate got one seat at the parliament, RIA Novosti reports.
North Ossetia has held parliamentary polls in 11-single mandate districts where not a single candidate had got over 50% of votes.
According to the proportional system, United Russia got 18 seats of parliament, Patriots of Russia 11, Communist Party 4 and A Fair Russia 2.
In single-mandate districts where candidates won elections in the first round, United Russia brought in 19 candidates, A Fair Russia 3, Patriots of Russia 1. One independent candidate won.
The North Ossetian parliament will be formed with 44 members of United Russia, 14 of Patriots of Russia, 4 of Communist Party, 4 of A Fair Russia and two independent.
