Karachay-Cherkessian Leader Rashid Temrezov has dismissed Prime Minister Indris Kyabishev and replaced him with acting PM Murat Kardanov, deputy head of the Directorate for Capital Construction.
Kyabishev was dismissed due to appointment as a member of the People’s Assembly of Karachay-Cherkessia. According to article 98 of the Constitution of Karachay-Cherkessia, the government will continue operating until formation of a new government.
A prime minister in Karachay-Cherkessia has 14 days to present new members of government.
