Scuffle between bodyguards of the presidents of Turkey and Nigeria

The Nigerian president met Turkish president Abdullah Gul, president of Turkey, and invited him to his presidental residence, but state officials accompaning Gul were refused passage, causing a clash between the bodyguards of the two presidents, 1news.az reports, referring to the Milliyet newspaper. Vice-Prime Minister Dzhemil Chichek, State Minister Dzhevdet Yilmaz and the Turkish Ambassador to Nigeria had to wait outside the door until the row was settled, after members of the delegation expressed their indignation in strong language. The fracas didn't disrupt the atmosphere of the meeting, the paper points out.
