Putin says Duma shouldn't pass religious offense bill in a hurry

Russian President Vladimir Putin says the State Duma shouldn't pass a disputed religious offence bill in a hurry. The lawmakers should necessarily consult experts and host a public discussion.

The Presidential Council for Human Rights has recently condemned the bill.
