CIS leaders to continue work on the new free trade zone treaty

During the informal summit in Yalta the CIS leaders decided to continue work on the new free trade zone treaty and to discuss this subject at their next official conference, ITAR-TASS reports.
The joint statement of the CIS leaders also addresses the issue of investment into health resorts and other infrastructure projects of the Commonwealth states.
The presidents of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Kazakhstan are participating in the meeting. During the opening ceremony Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich suggested that questions of economic cooperation among the CIS states be discussed, including joint transport and tourist business projects. According to the joint statement of the CIS leaders, agreement should be attained on the economic priority issues of the CIS countries.
