Kabardino-Balkarian Leader Arsen Kanokov has approved the new Cabinet, Interfax reports.
The new government will focus on social guarantees of the strategy for development of the district until 2030 and the program for socio-economic development of the republic to build more schools, hospitals, nurseries and industrial facilities.
Irina Maryash and Kazim Uyanayev have become the First Deputy Prime Ministers; Muhamed Kodzokov and Galina Portova the Deputy Premiers; Pshikan Semenov the Minister for Education and Science; Bert Gyzyev the Minister for Natural Resources and Ecology; Albert Kazokhov the Minister for Agriculture; Aslan Afaunov the Minister for Sports and Tourism; Artur Mamiyev the Minister for Construction and Architecture; Aslan Dyshekov the Minister for Transportation, Communications and Roads; Albert Tyubayev the Minister for Labour and Social Development; Murat Kerefov the Minister for Finances; Aliy Musukov the Minister for Economic Development; Takhir Kuchmenov the Minister for Energy, Housing and Utilities and Tariff Policy; Ruslan Firov the Minister for Culture; Muhadin Kumakhov the Minister for Mass Media, Public and Religious Organizations.
The old government resigned on November 1. Ruslan Khasanov became the new Prime Minister.
