9 out of 18 members of the Islamic Liberation Party detained in November 2012 were Russians and Tajiks, five were leaders of the Russian and Moscow branches of the organization, RIA Novosti reports.
Others were charged with storage of explosives, weapons, ammo and bombs. The police searched through their houses and found 10 grenades, 2 sawn-off guns, 6 sticks of explosives, a million counterfeit dollars and 2 million euro, terrorist literature and propaganda.
23 places of over 100 foreigners were checked. Many were punished for violating migration laws.
