The Russian Public Chamber invited the Azerbaijani Presidential Council for NGO Assistance to visit Moscow on November 18-21. Its chairman Azay Guliyev will head the Azerbaijani delegation to improve cooperation between the two organizations.
They will discuss formation and development of civil institutions, achievements of practical experience, development of bilateral relations, strengthening of peace in the region and plans for 2013.
