Gryzlov replaces Rogozin at Russia's Rosatom monitoring council

Chairman of the United Russian Supreme Council, Boris Gryzlov, has become the head of the Rosatom monitoring council.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has replaced Dmitry Rogozin with Gryzlov as the head of the council.
