Armenian Speaker of Parliament Ovik Abramyan has been invited for the 40th session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) in Baku on November 27-28, Abramyan’s press secretary Goar Pogosyan said.
BSEC PA was initiated by Turkey under Russian support in Istanbul in 1993. It consists of Azerbaijan, Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine.
