Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet leaders of political parties on November 28, Kommersant reports.
Putin's message for the Federal Assembly, the first message since winning the latest presidential polls, will most likely be read out before December 21, his press secretary Dmitry Peskov said. The final press conference was planned for December.
