Kabardino-Balkaria plans to eliminate nursery queues by September 1, 2014, RIA Novosti reports.
The republic has 219 nurseries for over 40,000 children aged 3-7. 69.5% of children attend nurseries. The republic plans to reduce the deficit of nursery seats from 2550 today to 1630 on September 1, 2014, and to 0 on September 1, 2014, by building 10 more nurseries, Kabardino-Balkarian Leader Arsen Kanokov said.
Kabardino-Balkaria has opened and reconstructed 13 nurseries for 1000 children. 68 pre-school groups opened at 26 village schools for 1315 children. Restructuring schools will allow 2140 pre-schoolers to study.
