Preliminary tests of the new AK-12 at the Tochmash enterprise in the Moscow Region have been accomplished by 80%, Director general of the Tochmash CSSI, Dmitry Semizorov, said, RIA Novosti reports.
The preliminary tests will end in late November 2012. Vladimir Zlobin, Chief Designer at the Izhmash NGO, said that tests will be concluded in June-July 2013.
