Jordan does not need free electricity from Iran, as stated by a governmental spokesman of Jordan Samih al-Maaytah, CNN Arabic reports.
Iranian Ambassador to Jordan Mustafa Muslih-zade offered free electricity in exchange for simplified procedures to visit the holy areas of Jordan for 30 years. The ambassador expressed interest in gas deliveries earlier.
