Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev will meet his counterpart Jean-Marc Ayrault in Paris and take part in signing of contracts between the RR and PSA Peugeot Citroen, France Press reports.
Medvedev said that he was not ruling out a run for president in the future, but expressed comfort with being the Prime Minister.
The Russian PM noted achievements in economy, calling it perfectly balanced by dependence on energy resources. He does not want changes in the tax system during the crisis and reminded that Russia had had a flat tax system for over 10 years.
Medvedev discussed Syria and said that all the weapons it was receiving were provided according to contracts for defenses. International sanctions may cancel the contracts the way it happened with Iran. The Russian PM does not recognize the National Opposition Coalition of Syria legitimate and reminded that only the Syria population had the right to decide President Bashar al-Assad’s fate.
