Georgian former Prime Minister Zurab Zhvania’s brother Georgy said that the case on the was renewed, RIA Novosti reports.
Georgy Zhvania says that President Mikheil Saakashvili ordered staging of the death by ministers Georgy Baramidze, Vano Merabishvili and Zurab Adeishvili.
Zhvania was found dead with Vice-Governor of the Kvemo-Kartli Region Raul Yusupov in the apartment of the latter in February 2005. The police say they were poisoned by gas leakage.
