One soldier was killed and another was injured earlier today in a clash between the Turkish military and outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) militants in the southeastern province of Mardin’s Ömerli district, daily Hürriyet has reported.
Reinforcements have been sent to Ünsalı village, where the clash occurred, amid continued fighting.
