Azerbaijani Speaker of Parliament Ogtay Asadov has passed chairmanship of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) to Bulgarian Speaker Tsetska Tsacheva at the 40th session in Baku.
Varna (Bulgaria) will host the next session on May 21-23, 2013, to discuss coordination of rescue operations in the Black Sea, marking of the 20th anniversary of the organization, cooperation for post-graduation studies and other issues.
Bulgaria will chair the organization for 6 months.
