The decrease in Russia's economic growth, recently registered by international anaysis centers, means that the government will soon have no money to raise salaries and pensions, former head of Central Bank Sergey Aleksashenko told Ekho Moskvy on Wednesday.
He added, however, that the state budget will be fulfilled anyway, as the ministry of finance has enough funds to do so even in case of low oil prices.
