Russian President Vladimir Putin will attend the Council of CIS Leaders in Ashkhabad on December 5, the Kremlin reports.
The leaders will discuss international problems, integration achievements of the CIS Parliamentary Assembly. Putin will also have bilateral meetings.
The Russian leader will attend the third session of the Russian-Turkish cooperation council on December 3.
