The South Ossetian Justice Ministry will decide whether to register the United Ossetia Party or not.
Anatoly Bibilov, Minister for Emergencies and former candidate for president, quit the Unity Party in July 2012 to form a new one. The foundation assembly of the new party was held in September. bibilov said that the party will consist of his supporters during the presidential polls of 2011.
The official believes that South Ossetia should merge with Russia.
