An FSB officer who had hit four people by car at Mineralniye Vody on November 4 has been fired, a criminal case initiated.
The four died at the place of accident. The officer was hospitalized in the Central District Hospital of Mineralniye Vody. Doctors say that the man was drunk when driving.
