Russia is going to start construction of new missile defense facilities in 2013, representative of the Russian Defense Ministry Alexey Zolotukhin announced.
The facilities are expected to be built in the Republic of Komi, Altai Territory, Kranoyarsk Territory and Murmansk Region.
The network of the new missile defense facilities will cover the whole territory of Russia, Zolotukhin said.
