Brussels is hosting a two-day session of NATO foreign ministers of 28 countries to discuss relations with Russia, Patriot missiles for Turkey, cooperation with Georgia, NATO assistance in Afghanistan after 2014.
European High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton, UN special representative of the secretary general Yan Kubis and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will attend the talks.
