Georgian Deputy Culture Ministers Yuri Mechitov and Khatuna Khundadze have recently been fired for anecdotes and obscenities, Vzglyad reports.
Mechitov was dismissed for anecdotes about President Mikheil Saakashvili in social networks and Khundadze for obscenities against the president.
Working groups of the Ministry for Culture and Memorial Protection failed to have a meeting on October 15 when their staff left the talks protesting against threats from the new government.
