Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed the bill on simplification of visa-issuing procedures for athletes attending the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games of Sochi in 2014.
The Sochi 2014 Organization Committee will send requests for visas to Russian embassies and consulates. Information about decisions of the Federal Migration Service is to be sent in three days.
