Azerbaijan and Russia discuss rights of migrants

Azerbaijan and Russia are going to draft an agreement concerning the rights of migrants, Russian deputy minister for labour Tatyana Blinova says.

"Bilateral cooperation in this sphere will help us to solve the existing problems concerning healthcare, working conditions and pensions of migrants," she said.
