Unidentified assailants attempted to blow up the vehicle of Kabardino-Balkarian Deputy Transportation Minister Vladislav Dyadchenko when he was driving off from house N54 on Tarchokova Street in Nalchik at about 9.20 am, RIA Novosti reports.
The bomb was set at the fence of his house. The deputy minister was hospitalized, spokesman of the Russian Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin said.
