The US Senate made a final "exchange" of two discriminatory laws for Russia: Magnitsky list and the Jackson-Vanik amendment.
From now on, Russia will be able to trade without restrictions with the United States for the first time since 1974. However, the Russian citizens, who, according to congressmen involved in violations of human rights, will not be allowed to enter the country.
