US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton cancelled her visit to Morocco for the Friends of Syria Conference due to infection, spokesman of the US State Department Philippe Reines said, Reuters reports.
Syrian opposition is expected to be officially recognized at the conference. Russia says that decisions of the Friends of Syria Group provokes confrontation and failure of dialogue in Syria.
