Russian male and female soldiers and officers of any ranks will have a new element added to their uniforms – woolen berets.
Russian soldiers will wear khaki-coloured berets (the Airborne Forces and the Air Forces will wear blue berets). Berets of the Naval Forces will not be changed. Berets are also introduced for special troops of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service.
