Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a special decree
on the new ataman of the Terek Cossack Army, yuga.ru reports.
As previously reported by VK, in early autumn the election circle of the
Terek Cossack Army elected a new ataman. He is a resident of
the Cossack village of Svoboda in the Pyatigorsk district, Sergei Klimenko.
