US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will not attend the Friends of Syria Conference in Morocco this week and will not visit Northern Africa and the Middle East, her assistant Philippe Reines said.
Initially, Clinton postponed the visit by a day due to stomach infection. The conference is expected to give Syrian opposition coalition official recognition.
