Azerbaijan will allow Armenia to participate in European Olympic Games and will guarantee security, Vice President of the Azerbaijani NOC Chingiz Guseynzade said.
He noted that the games will be organized according to European rules. Azerbaijan formed a new security system and updated the transportation system. Azerbaijan will try to form teams for all types of sports in two and a half years.
