Russian President Vladimir Putin has started reading out the annual message to the Federal Assembly at the Georgiyevsky Hall in the Kremlin. Members of both chambers of parliament, members of government, heads of the Constitutional, Supreme and High Arbitrary Courts, prosecutor general, presidents of the Central Bank, Chamber of Accounts, State Council, religious leaders and officials of the Public Chamber attend the process.
Putin will mention moral and ethic values in his message to the Federal Assembly, spokesman of the head of the Presidential Administration Sergey Ivanov said. The message will also give an image of prospects of the next years, economic and political initiatives and orders to the government.
