Two militants were killed in Tyrniauz in the Elbrussky District of Kabardino-Balkaria, Interfax-South reports.
One police officer was injured.
Both militants killed were involved in a murder of a police officer.
The counter-terrorism operation in Tyrniauz started on Tuesday night. Four militants were killed. The law enforcers had four officers injured, one of them died.
