Russia may ask Georgia to assist investigation of protests

 

Russia may ask Georgia to assist investigation of mass disorders during protests. Russia suspects Georgian former head of the parliamentary committee for defense and security Givi Targamadze of financing the protests, spokesman of the Russian Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin said, RIA Novosti reports.

Markin added that there was evidence of Targamadze’s involvement in financing disorders at the Bolotnaya Square.
