Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman is suspected of money-laundering, corruption and abuse of authority, TRT reports.
Some of Lieberman’s companies are believed to be registered under the name of his driver and the driver’s daughter after the official became an MP in 2001.
Israeli lawyers say that the majority of politicians suspected of corruption, including former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, resigned.
Lieberman said that he will not resign. He has been summoned by the prosecutors to answer questions about his activities in 2001-2008.
