Karachay-Cherkessian Leader Rashid Temrezov says that the program for development of the North Caucasian Federal District until 20205 will use real mechanisms and instruments for improvement of social infrastructure, creation of workplaces and tourism development in the region.
The program will stimulate the investment climate, develop economic centers, coordinate state investment streams, invite investments to the NCFD. It takes the socio-economic, social, cultural and moral peculiarities of the region.
Temrezov says that the program will help solve many social problems and form comfortable conditions for life, business and recreation.
Composition of the program was carried out under supervision of the office of Vice Premier Alexander Khloponin, Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the NCFD, to improve economy, tourism and recreation industry, coordinate strategies of state and business in the region.
