Ruling party convention to be held in Armenia

Yerevan will host a convention of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia today.

Attendees of the event will discuss President Serzh Sargsyan nomination for president for a second term, the party's spokesman Eduard Sharmazov says.

1800 people will take part in the convention, RIA Novosti reports.
