Prime Minister of the Palestinian National Authority Salam Fayyad has urged the population to boycott Israeli products.
He asked Arab states to use the Arab insurance network mechanism and provide the promised $100 million a month.
The decision of Israel to stop tax payments may be a result of granting Palestine status of an observer at the UN General Assembly in November. Palestine bought products worth over $2 billion from Israel in 2011.
