Moscow prefect denies information on Cossack patrols without police supervision

 

Prefect of the south-eastern administrative district of Moscow Vladimir Zotov has denied information about Cossacks patrolling the streets without police supervision, Interfax reports.

Izvestia reported today, quoting deputy head of the council of the Lyublino District Sergey Nesterov, that Cossacks will be filling protocols for the administrative commission, using force and administrative measures. The first Cossack patrol in Moscow was seen at the Belorussky Train Station in late November.
