Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan will visit Moscow for the CSTO Council today. Presidents of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan are expected to arrive as well.
The CSTO was by the Collective Security treaty signed by CIS members on May 15, 1992. Uzbekistan suspended its membership.
