Russian President Vladimir Putin has spoken against hijabs at school in a press conference in Moscow.
The Stavropol territory obliged all pupils to wear classic school uniforms today. Regional Education Minister Irina Kuvaldina said that the local government had passed uniform standards on October 31 and had ordered schools to adjust their charters accordingly before December 20.
