130 UN members voted for a resolution against glorification of Nazism, 54 states abstained, while the US, Canada and Palau voted against the document, RIA Novosti reports.
The third committee of the UN General Assembly passed a resolution on prevention of escalation of modern forms of racism, discrimination, xenophobia and intolerance.
The resolution condemns honouring of Nazism and former Waffen-SS members.
