Azerbaijani President Ilkham Aliyev has approved the structure of the republic's Interior Ministry, 1news.az reports.
The structure was approved to allow the decree of November 11, 2008 to be fulfilled. The decree introduced changes and adjustments to the decree of May 14, 2007 on determining the limit of employees and the structure of the Azerbaijani state migration service.
The Cabinet will have two months to approve the list of organizations that are not part of the Interior Ministry“s structure, but are under its supervision.
The structure of the Foreign Ministry consists of a foreign policy body, split into departments and offices; managements of the Interior Ministry in the Nakhchyvan autonomy, and diplomatic offices and consulates.
