US legislators want to put Russian President Vladimir Putin on the Magnitsky list for signing the Dmitry Yakovlev bill (a ban on adoption of Russian children by US families), Gazeta.ru reports.
2045 signatures have been given to the petition. It needs a total of 25,000.
