Azerbaijani Defense Minister Safar Abiyev has met Russian Ambassador Vladimir Dorokhin and said that separatism in Nagorno-Karabakh affects the situation in Russia.
He noted that the OSCE Minsk Group working on the problem had achieved no success.
The minister and the ambassador discussed military cooperation. Dorokhin presented his new military attaché to Abiyev.
