Vladimir Narozhny, Chairman of the State council and member of the United Russia Party, has been promoted as a candidate for Speaker of Parliament of Adygeya to replace Fyodor Ferodko who had died in March.
Deputy Chairman of the State Council Muhamed Ashev has been the replacing him. MP Janbech Mirza said that 9 months of work as a deputy proved the official's skill.
Ashev withdrew and said that any of the 54 MPs was suitable for the job.
